I think the best word that would descibe Anastasia Rabiyah's e-book Last Kiss of the Clan Dancer is Enchanting.
A love lost in time has been renewed. On a raid of the village, Captain of The Leader's soldiers, Lars stopped his men from raping an innocent woman. He was in complete shock once he recognized she was the woman he loved so many years ago.
Damned by the elders for forgiving her husband for taking on another woman, Rajiid lived with a terrible curse. Only the one man who loved her enough could break this curse, but it did come with consequences. You will just have to read to find out.
I think Anastasia did a great job on this story. However I would love to hear more background about the Clan from which Rajiid came and a little more about The Leader. I wish he had a name it would make it more personable. But I thouroughly enjoyed reading this short e-book so I must give Anastasia 4 hearts! I think Angela Albee is a remarkable writer. I could see exactly what Amber saw in her visions. The story was very detailed and pulled me in right from the beginning. There were so many things that I loved about this story the caring the heartfelt friend Myra and the overall connection between Ethan and Brendan. Very good read. Tiana Slickpoo has no one else in this world besides her grandmother Levina. A visit to Levina breaks Tiana's heart as the old woman is lying on the bed with cigarette burns and gashes all over her body. Levina is so beaten up she has to be flown to a hospital out side of the reservation.
James Waters comes back to the reservation after being gone for six years working for the FBI only to discover once he laid eyes on Tiana at the cabin he is still in love with her. Tiana wants nothing to do with James as he left her behind six years ago because she could not leave the reservation;and she could not tell James the real reason why.
Starla is Tiana's best friend so Taina thinks. Starla tries to pick up James behind her back and also betrays her friendship.
Who could be breaking in on Tiana? The culprit may shock you! What becomes of her grandmother, Levina? I guess you'll just have to read Destiny's Choices to see. Destiny and fate always have a way of working things out the way they are supposed to be. Even if it causes pain along the way.
I think Regina wrote this story from the heart. I can feel the sadness flowing through Tiana and James as the story progresses. So much hurt, betrayal and death Tiana had to face; thank goodness James came back to the reservation to claim what he never should have left in the first place. The steamy scenes were also very well written, there was no animal lust just true compassionate love. I give Regina 4 hearts. The only reason it is not higher is that I wish the story would have went on a little more to see what happens later on in life. Werewolves do exist and in this e-book they are always on the run. Hunters are breaking into the PRDI building stealing files on the werewolves they are protecting only to hunt them down to kill them. One hunter named Marcus comes dangerously close only to be killed by the hunted, Rose. Never killing anyone in her life, Rose is distraught and sickened at what she had done. The hunter left his mark on her shoulder in the form of a silver bullet. Thank goodness silver bullets don't kill werewolves in this story.
No longer safe from the hunters Rose and her fiance Jason hightail it to the safety of the PRDI community. It does not take long for the hunters to find them and plan a mass murder to get to Rose. Why was Rose so important to Simon the leader of the hunter operation?
Jason is alone in the same room as Simon, and getting beat up pretty bad. Jason's mind keeps reeling; why is he faster than I am? I am a werewolf there is no way he can be faster than me. Jason knew there was something different about this hunters scent he just could not quite figure it out. But the real reason may shock you! As Jason lay unconscious....what has become of Rose? Did she make it out or.....? I don't even know the answer as there is more to come!
I think Rose Marie Wolf did a very good job on this story. It was difficult for me to get pulled into it. Though it was the middle of the story when it really got interesting and pulled me in. It defiantly left me wanting more in the end. But I have to rate this 4 hearts as it was difficult to get into. Another Time Another Place by T. Sue Versteeg

Ever felt like you just don't belong anywhere in your life? Not even in the same time zone? Well, like Tessa; you could be from another time and another place. Living in the 21st century with a cheating boyfriend and back stabbing best friend. Tessa Garrett has no family and no memories of them ever, just memories of drifting from foster home to foster home. Dreams continuously plague Tessa with a castle, a dark haired little boy and red haired girl playing tag in the courtyard; then the two lying on their backs arguing over the shape of a cloud.

Thunder wakens her from her shocked state; she begins running toward the tower again but falls once more. This time she blacks out and wakes up in a huge bed with a man looking exactly like Scott. Only his accent is that of many many years ago. And he is called Lord Eric of Hadley Castle.
Tessa can only think that she is dreaming again. Until each time the two touch and the sparks fly; love quickly follows. Too bad he is betrothed to the evil witch Gretchen with no way out. As honor to his father he will not back down from this wedding. Once Gretchen sees that Lord Eric is smitten with Tessa, she begins trying everything to rid the castle of Tessa.
The 13th century has awoken feelings inside of Tessa she never knew could possibly exist. The man, Scott from the future is nothing like this man Lord Eric that she has fallen madly in love with. It does not take long for Tessa to realize that the 13th century is where she has always belonged.
I think T. Sue Versteeg wrote this book beautifully. The dialect of the 13th century was very well written. I could just fall in love with Lord Eric he is such a wonderful character and is very like what men should be back in those days. Eric's betrothed Gretchen was a selfish little witch who cared for nothing besides herself and the title of Lady of Hadley Castle. There are a few other amazing characters in this book but I will not give them away. And many more exciting, keep you on the edge of your seat events. You must read it for yourself. I give T. Top Ten Uses For An Unworn Prom Dress by Tina Ferraro

High School is all about the dances, Home comings and Proms. Girls go out and spend outrageous amounts of money on the perfect dress only to be worn for one night. Then end up hanging the dress in the back of the closet only to be forgotten. But what happens when you get dumped before the prom because your dates girlfriend moved back to town? If you're like Nicolette Antonovich you hang it on the back of your bedroom door and secretly try it on when you are in a bad mood just to feel better and dance to the Beatles.
This is a great story filled with lots of high school drama, the prom date with the dimples who dumps you two days before the prom so he can go with his perfect girlfriend that shows back up after moving away. Your best friends brother is starting to stir up little feelings inside of you that were never there before. And the betrayal of a best friend just to keep your feelings from being hurt even more. Lets not forget the fights between said dimple guy and the best friends brother. Those were always exciting, halls would buzz with the rumors for days.
I enjoyed reading this YA novel by Tina Ferraro, she makes me remember high school all over again. I actually got chills while reading this book; I could not help smiling along and getting worried about all the same things on Nicolette's plate. This would be a great read for all those freshman to senior girls because this could happen to them. Being left with an unworn prom dress. But the question is does she ever get to wear it? Scott Nicholson knows how to keep you turning the pages in his book They Hunger. A rafting expedition testing out new gear quickly turns deadly as creatures swoop down from the sky and latch on to your neck; turning you into one of them. God fearing Ace honestly believes he is doing the work of God by killing innocent people for all the wrong reasons. He calls the creatures in the sky angels because they attack the two agents trying to arrest him for his crimes. In the end Ace truly knows what it is like to meet God. This is read worthy of 4 hearts. I recommend this book for anyone especially those who may be planning on a rafting expedition or a hike through the mountains. Keep your eyes toward the sky. This is an autobiography of a very strong young woman learning the lessons of life and love. Cindy goes through many trials and tribulations in her life. When Jimmy comes home things are just not the same and both eventually move on in their lives. Cindy marries the man she does not really love and has a baby boy. The marriage is always on the rocks and ends in divorce. Cindy has loved and lost and has found many friends along the way in her life. This autobiography is very well written the author pours her heart and soul into her story. You feel as though you are living life along with her. I laughed as well as cried along with Cindy in this story, it truly is heart felt and is a must read for anyone feeling lonely in thier life.
